Payments we accept
We accept PayPal as a payment platform where you can either use your PayPal credit or your Credit Card. Which ever you prefer. PayPal provides you with buyer protection and is one of the safest ways to shop online.
For Australian Orders only we also accept Bank Transfers which you can do on your bank app or online.
Custom Orders
Custom orders take anywhere from 3 business days to 3 weeks to be handmade depending on size and complexity. If you would like to find our how long your order will take just message us.
Once your custom order is complete you will receive a photo confirmation before postage.
Ready Made Items
Ready made items are packed after you have placed your order and posted out the same or next business day. Postage times start from 2-5 business days in Australia and from 3 business days internationally.
DIY Craft Kits
Our DIY Craft Kits are packed by hand by professionals dreamcatcher crafters. Our DIY Kits we have a handling time of 1-3 business days for your kits to be individually packed before postage. This means you can also add in special requests for what you may want in your kit.
Christmas Dates
Did you want your items in time for christmas? Check out our christmas delivery information for cut off dates.
Gift wrapping available for an additional $9 just ask us.
Postage T&C's. Postage times are suggestions only we can not guarantee postage delivery dates so please order early to avoid disappointment. All purchases made in agreement and are accordance to our terms and conditions of postage and payment. You are fully responsible for selecting your correct delivery address upon checkout. As soon as your parcel is collected by Australia Post it becomes their responsibility and in the unlikely event your parcel is missing, damaged or delayed it is the postal companies responsible and we will work with them to come to an agreement. By placing an order through our site, you warrant that: you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old.
